ULE PANDA’s 2024 annual event was a resounding success!

The vibrant year of 2023 has come to an end, ushering in the promising year of 2024 filled with new joys and hopes. On the afternoon of January 26th, all ULE PANDA staff gathered in the lecture hall on the 4th floor of the ultra-low-energy demonstration office building for the annual meeting themed “New Leap Forward, New Journey.” This gathering marked the beginning of the Year of the Dragon, brimming with both opportunities and challenges.

Chairman’s Speech: Embarking on a New Chapter

Prior to the official commencement of the annual meeting, Mr. Liang Shige, the Chairman of the Board of Directors at ULE PANDA, delivered a brief speech. He acknowledged that 2023 was a challenging year, but due to the collective efforts of everyone, the company not only surpassed its annual targets but also initiated the operation of the independent investment demonstration office building focused on ultra-low-energy consumption—a milestone worth celebrating. Mr. Liang expressed gratitude to the company’s decade-old employees for weathering the storms and announced a dedicated yearly award for these long-standing contributors, regardless of their position level.

Ten Years Dedication Award Recognition of Honor

Recognizing the invaluable contribution of employees to the company’s development, Chen Xiaoping, the General Manager of ULE PANDA, unveiled the list of recipients for the Ten Years Dedication Award. Certificates and prizes were presented to those who had demonstrated unwavering commitment and perseverance over the past decade, serving as role models and injecting vigor into the corporate culture of Jin Xing Yu sunshade. The entire staff cheered and celebrated the accomplishments of their colleagues, inspired by the power of these role models to propel them forward.

Walking Hand in Hand, Creating the Future Together

In the concluding segment of the annual meeting, Chairman Liang Shige provided a comprehensive summary speech. He reviewed ULE PANDA’s operational data over the past three years and set ambitious goals for 2024. Emphasizing the importance of incorporating intelligence into products for future market success, he declared 2024 a pivotal year for ULE PANDA’s new transcendence. Mr. Liang encouraged all staff to uphold the spirit of the new Made-in-China, persist with determination and innovation, and embark on a new journey with increased vigor, unwavering faith, and innovative thinking.
