What should we pay attention to in the cold winter?

Do not ventilate the roller shutter with the door closed at freezing temperatures. It prevents condensation from forming on the roller shutter and freezing. If the bottom slats of the roller shutter are frozen on the sill, do not open the roller shutter. It will put an excessive load on the motor and belt. Please do not open it with force.
