In the early summer, the breeze is blowing and everything is growing.

In order to stimulate team vitality, improve the staff’s ability to work together, and enhance cohesion and execution, Nanjing Jinxing Yu Energy-saving Technology Co., Ltd. organized a group-building activity on May 19.

Here are some happy moments!

Warm-up

Before the official start of the group-building activities, the coach led everyone to warm up. On the wide lawn, the randomly formed partners got closer to each other by shaking hands, hugging, and back-pumping, which also made everyone really “forget gender, forget position and forget age”.

Our teams

The entire team was randomly divided into six groups, after which the activities would be conducted in groups and scored individually. Everyone formulated the team name, team motto, and team emblem and elected the captain within the specified time. In this way, six teams were born: Bull Team, Beyond Team, Invincible Team, Hundred Points Team, War Wolf Team, and Eagle Team. Each member of the uniformly dressed team was connected to each other by heart and quickly integrated into their respective teams, and the team display was carried out in the form of a sub-team.

Play games

In the competition activities, the teammates of each group divided the work and collaborated together to complete interesting challenges, such as relay singing, Netflix dancing, fun styling posing and intellectual competition, etc. The team members cooperated and communicated on time, and completed the task challenges of each link very well.

At the end of the activity, the top two teams with the highest points were awarded in kind, and the group-building activity came to a successful end with a sound of laughter. Through this activity, not only the work pressure released but also the communication between colleagues, which increased the centripetal force and cohesion of the team and will be more conducive to teamwork in the work.
