New Products at the Canton Fair: Sliding Garage Doors and Top-mounting Roller Shutters
At the just-concluded 135th Canton Fair Phase 2, two new products showcased at the ULEPANDA booth captured the attention and interest of a large number of customers. These two new products are the Sliding Garage Doors and Top-mounting Roller Shutters. So, what exactly are the charms of these two products that can attract the attention of customers?
Sliding garage door
The side sliding garage door is an aluminum door that can be adapted to almost any building structure. It can even cope with huge garages with its double-door design. As a sideways-running door, it occupies only one wall of the garage. The ceiling and other divisions of the garage are left empty. Two independently programmable interfaces allow you to open the garage door only halfway or simultaneously, providing convenient usage patterns for both pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
EXTRA LARGE OPENINGS
Under the condition of ensuring safety strength, it is specially built for the demand of large openings (opening limit: single door ≤ 6m, double door ≤ 12m), providing ample protection for four car parking spaces.
LOW TOP SPACE REQUIREMENTS
When we install a side sliding garage door, there is little need for space at the top. Only around 120 mm of space is needed in the lintel area which allows the garage door to fit into more different spaces.
SMALL LATERAL TURNING RADIUS
The side sliding garage door only requires a turning radius of approximately 130mm when encountering a turn to a corner.
FLOOR TRACK TYPES
Embedded floor track: embedded installation in the garage floor, no ground protrusion, smooth vehicle passage, need to be synchronized with the decoration.
CONTROL MODE
With a wireless signal receiver for control, it is convenient and safe. In the event of a power failure, you can start the emergency manual control to ensure the regular use of the product.
TOP MOUNTING SYSTEM
The designer has integrated the roller shutter and the window into a single unit. It realizes not only multiple functions of the window but also avoids repetitive labor in the process of processing and installation. It also allows the perfect combination of shading and architecture to make the appearance more beautiful. It can be matched with different brands and models of system windows to meet the needs of different energy conservation standards and users.
Top-mounting Roller Shutters
It abandons the separate installation of traditional windows and external sunshade products and changes to an integrated design and installation. Simplify the design and construction process and avoid the damage to the wall caused by the second construction. It can be installed with the window in one step to improve construction efficiency.
INLINE INSTALLATION
We change the traditional external installation to the built-in wall installation to avoid the danger of falling. The complex structure of the facade is simplified. The one-stop window opening realizes accurate, simple, and trouble-free installation.
APPLICATION OF HOLLOW PVC PROFILES
The roll-up box body is made of hollow PVC profiles with good thermal resistance as the main structure. It guarantees the box’s strength and thermal insulation properties—high-performance PVC, energy-saving, moisture-proof, and stable.
EMBEDDED STEEL STRUCTURE
The box is embedded with a profiled steel skeleton, which strengthens itself and ensures the strength of the bond with the window frame.
WATERPROOF AND AIR-PROOF DESIGN
The joints at the PVC ends of the box are sealed with rubber sealing strips and drip openings to ensure an airtight seal.
